The desk jobs have made it difficult to stay focused for a long period of time. Sitting or standing in uncomfortable positions without a change in the posture has also increased joint pains, blood pressure and weight. Flexibility is very important as it allows a person to move freely to the side and to move front and back. Reduction in the level of stress will also reduce the amount of energy that is used. This will prevent occurrence of fatigue in the long run and help you perform all the necessary activities throughout the day.

3. It is a good practice to have active lunch breaks. Consuming a smaller quantity of food and increasing the overall number of meals in a single day will allow for the release of energy from time to time. A good exercise for the body will add up more energy by burning away unwanted calories. The exercise will also for the moment of the entire body, which is very much necessary to prevent stress and strain.
